Suitable from 6+months, perfect for BLW & older kids
These delicious bliss balls are of course delicious all year round, I just love how they come out looking like little snow balls by using cream cheese and a light coloured purée (use any purée of your choice but I loved the banana, mango and yoghurt one from HIPP in this recipe).
You can of course make your own purée, but anything for an easy life!

Cheesecake Snowballs
Ingredients
85g rolled oats
165g cream cheese
Approximately 160g fruit based purée of your choice
50g desiccated coconut
Method
Add the oats, cream cheese and purée to a large mixing bowl and mix well with a. Fork
Use your hands to make small ball shapes with your hands and roll in the desiccated coconut (this will make around 10-12 snowballs)
Leave in the fridge overnight the oats have soaked. Keep in the fridge for three days and freeze for 3-4 months
